1. The defendant stated the plaintiffs' "total amount of figures" of the detailed statement of calculation of the amount of award by plaintiff in attached Form 1 as stated respectively.

A. The Defendant is a local public enterprise in charge of the management of public parking lots, management of facilities and cleaning within the jurisdiction of Pakistan-si, which is an institution established by the relevant ordinances of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Pakistan-si

The rest of the plaintiffs except the plaintiffs C, D, and K were street cleanerss who belong to the original strike, but they retired on July 31, 2001 and were employed by the defendant on August 1, 2001 as they entrusted the cleaning work to the defendant. The plaintiffs C and D were employed on August 1, 2001, and the plaintiffs K were employed for the defendant on November 10, 203.
C. Around July 2001, a strike made a written agreement with the Defendant on the consignment to the Clean Facility Management Corporation (hereinafter “the instant agreement”) around July 2001, LPP, a representative of workers such as street cleaners, etc. at the time of entrusting cleaning work to the Defendant. The relevant contents of the instant agreement are as follows.
In relation to the entrustment of cleaning services to the defendant pursuant to the second stage restructuring plan of local governments, the head of a strike-si and the representative of workers shall, after consultation several times, agree on the adjustment of the employment of street cleaners and prepare an agreement therefor as follows:
3. In principle, the defendant, who is a commissioning company, shall ensure that the working conditions of the street cleaners who succeed to the employment, should not be lowered compared to those of the strike;
4. Wages in matters concerning the working conditions in the defendant shall be paid according to the annual guidelines for compilation of budget for street cleanerss of the Ministry of the Interior, except for retirement allowances;
8. For street cleaners to be succeeded to employment, the retirement age shall be set up by the age of 60, and the retirement age of street cleaners employed after August 1, 2001 shall be set at 57, and other matters after the succession of employment shall be set by the defendant.

The plaintiffs' working conditions were owned by the plaintiffs.
