양도대금
1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay 450 million won to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and 20,000 won per month from November 1, 201 to the date of full payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17097, Nov. 1, 2011>
1.This Agreement, Article 2 (Contract Information), basically, includes the following information:
1. Providing file transmission chains;
2. Providing web dynamic image play tools;
3. Mackers;
4. Delivery schedule of maintenance and repair (at the time of completion of tallying after delivery) - supply: Provision of file transmission chains - supply on or before September 30, 201: Article 4 (Expenses of Conduct) of the Supply and Inspection of Web Blue Video Productions and Images Supply and Inspection.
1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the total amount of KRW 13,000,000 as follows.
① Payment of KRW 3,00,000 after the provision of a file transmission chain after the conclusion of this contract. (2) Payment of KRW 10,000,000 after the delivery of a web image reproduction machine. (3) Payment of KRW 10,00,000 shall be made without compensation for one month after the delivery of a web image reproduction machine.
(4) The payment of 10,000,000 won per month for the maintenance and repair expenses.
A. On July 20, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for software development, maintenance and repair (hereinafter “first contract”).
The main contents of the first contract are as follows:
B. On December 17, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with C (C; hereinafter “C”) for software development, maintenance and repair (hereinafter “second contract”).
The main contents of the 2nd contract are as follows, and the 2nd contract includes the following information:
1. Development of web sites;
2. Development of Rodd/Dan Round/ActX
3. Maintenance and repair of sites.
4. Leasing system equipment.
5. Lease of content;
6. The network line; and
7. Development schedule from January 16, 201 to January 15, 2011: Vata open - From January 16, 2011 to January 18, 201: Functional Test/Bag Amendment - From January 18, 2011 to January 20, 2011: Tallying Article 4 (Development Costs/Lease Charges)
1. C shall pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 120,000,000 as the commission for the instant work as follows:
① Payment of KRW 30,000,000 after the conclusion of this contract and the completion of the web site development. ② Payment of KRW 20,000,000 within three days after the functional test. ③ Payment of KRW 70,000 within three days after the examination of this program.
