On the other hand, in relation to the construction of the above apartment, Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. entered into a contract for the construction of the apartment with D Co., Ltd. with D Co., Ltd. on January 201, 201, including “E Contract for Construction,” and the construction of the above apartment was commenced on March 2011 due to the delay in approval for the sale of the apartment.

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant is in charge of construction of new E in Seosan City by the victim H located in Seosan City F, the victim H located in the Moel 5th floor, and the victim “A, a domestic representative, is in charge of construction of new E in Seosan City, and is promoting the construction of I apartment.
