Criminal facts

The Defendants conspired to commit so-called so-called “free food” crime in a restaurant with no intent or ability to pay the food value due to the absence of a certain import.

1. 2. On August 6, 2018, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on August 6, 2018, committed the crime, committed a “H” restaurant in the operation of the Victim G G in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Hayang-si, by committing the act as if he would pay the food value despite having no intent or ability to pay the food value, and deceiving the victim as if he would pay the food value. Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on April 27, 2017 by means of special larceny, etc. at the Suwon prison on February 12, 2018. Defendant B was sentenced to one year and two months from the Suwon prison on April 27, 2017. Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor on April 27, 2017 by means of special larceny, etc. and was sentenced to one year from the Suwon prison on March 27, 2018.
