However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and the sentence was finalized on December 8, 2018.

1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall have a legitimate title or receive a rating classification of game products by fraudulent or other illegal means;

B Around 2017, when distributing a speculative game machine produced D by employing C and D, the Defendant offered to the Defendant that “I will produce and distribute speculative game products, and if I will obtain a registration of business under the name of the Defendant, I will give KRW 1-20,000 won per case whenever I receive a game classification from the relevant business operator.”

In collusion with B, D, and C, the Defendant planned the production and distribution of speculative game products, and D made it difficult for the Defendant to discover a certain rate (e.g., scrypty) method, etc. when making a game product, and concealed the function of speculative work. On July 21, 2017, C had access to the homepage of the Game Management Committee and applied for a rating of speculative game products in the name of E, as if the said game product was “total available for use,” and had it known from the Game Products Management Committee to the point of view that it was an “total available for use.” From that time, D received the rating of a game product in an unlawful manner, as described in the attached Table of Crimes, nine times from that time to March 28, 2018.
