Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is liable for military service.
When a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall make a move-in report within 14 days.
The Defendant did not file a move-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she moved his/her place of residence in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to 403 Officetel in August 2012.
