1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10 million with 24% per annum from May 2, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the absence of dispute between the parties or the overall purport of the evidence No. 1-2 and the argument No. 1-2, the Plaintiff may recognize on May 2, 2017, that on May 2, 2017, the Plaintiff lent KRW 10 million to C with the Defendant’s joint and several liability, at the interest rate of KRW 2% per month and July 30, 2017.
