공무집행방해
A defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
On July 3, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) received a request for returning home from a policeman D (30) belonging to the Seoul Magjin Police Station C (30) who was unable to make a statement about the damage even after having reported 112; (b) thereby interfered with the legitimate performance of public duties by police officers by providing that “I am, E, E, E, E, the head of the Magjin-gu, and I am, if I am in mind; (c) I am in mind; and (d) I am, E, the police son of the Republic of Korea,” with the Defendant’s left left hand on two occasions.
