2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. Design contract and supervision contract between the Plaintiff and Messon Co., Ltd. (1) on July 23, 2007 between the Plaintiff and Messon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Messon Co., Ltd.”)

B) Between the Plaintiff and the non-party company, the basic building structure and shop design drawings, the basic and shop design drawings, the mechanical equipment basic and shop design drawings, etc. are provided to the non-party company, and the non-party company will pay KRW 210,100,000 (including additional taxes) at the service cost to the Plaintiff, and the construction of the other canal box construction work (hereinafter referred to as the “instant 592 project”).

(2) On July 23, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a design contract with the non-party company, which provides the non-party company with the basic and shop design drawings, the basic and shop design drawings, the basic and shop design drawings, and the basic and shop design drawings, etc.; and the non-party company entered into a design contract with the non-party company for the construction of 665 canal wells construction project (hereinafter “the non-party company’s 665 project”).

3) Around March 6, 2008, the Plaintiff provided supervision over the instant 592 project between the Nonparty Company and the Plaintiff, and entered into a contract for supervision of construction works of construction works of construction works of another canal 592, Yongsan-dong 592, which is concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant to pay KRW 181,874,00 (including additional tax) at construction supervision costs. B) On March 2008, the Plaintiff succeeded to the design contract of the instant 592 project and 665 project between the Defendant and the Plaintiff, which was concluded between the Defendant and the Nonparty Company, with the Plaintiff at the cost of design services of the instant 592 project, and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff at the cost of planning services of the instant 592 project, including KRW 21,010,000,000, KRW 97,290,000, KRW 250,000 at the cost of supply of drawings, KRW 65,000,000.
