The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

According to the records, although the defendant filed an appeal against the judgment below on April 22, 2013 and received a written notification of the receipt of the trial record from this court on May 9, 2013, the defendant did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the legitimate grounds for appeal (the defendant filed the grounds for appeal on June 7, 2013, which was after the expiration of the deadline for submitting the grounds for appeal). The petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to find any grounds for ex officio examination on the records. Thus, the defendant's appeal pursuant to Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act shall be dismissed, and it
