[Criminal Power] On May 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 20, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Special intimidation;

A. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D (the age of 52) located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon (the age of 52), the Defendant: (b) brought the victim spoke while working together; (c) brought the victim spoke; and (d) sought the spoke, which is a dangerous object brought to the victim by hand; (d) then, (e) sought the spoke, which is a dangerous object brought to the victim by hand, and (e) threatened the victim with the spoke.

나. 피고인은 2015. 8. 12. 01:40경 인천 서구 F에 있는 G 편의점 앞길에서, 지인인 H을 폭행하여 그곳을 지나가던 성명불상자들에 의해 제지당한 후 현장에 경찰이 출동하여 상황이 정리되었음에도 다시 위 장소에 찾아간 다음, 그 곳에 설치된 테이블에서 술을 마시던 피해자 H(54세), 피해자 I(25세)을 위 성명불상자들의 일행으로 오인하여 피해자들에게 성명불상자들을 지칭하면서 “문신한 친구들을 부르라.”고 요구하였고, 피해자들로부터 모르는 사람이라는 답변을 듣자 바지주머니에 소지하고 있던 위험한 물건인 칼(칼날길이 9cm)을 꺼내어 손에 들고 “다 죽여버리려고 칼을 가지고 왔으니까 빨리 걔네들 불러라. 너의 명이 오늘까지다. 다 죽여버리겠다. 전에 하키선수를 죽인 적이 있다.”라고 말하여 피해자들을 협박하였다.

2. On July 16, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) from the main point of “L” operated by the Victim K located in the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, by entering a customer under the influence of alcohol with alcohol and food; (b) putting the sick on the floor of the table, without any particular reason, during drinking.
