1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 134,393,215 as well as KRW 110,00,000 from August 29, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

The plaintiff claims as stated in the attached form of claim (However, the creditor is deemed the plaintiff and the debtor is deemed the defendant), and according to the overall purport of the statement and arguments as to Gap's evidence, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum, which is the rate of delay damages, from August 29, 2017 to the date of full payment of the loan principal of KRW 134,393,215, and the loan principal of KRW 110,000,000.
