[2015 Highest 3104 : Defendant AK] The Defendant is a mobile phone sales employee working in AP located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and is a line of the AP located in the area of AP other than the public prosecution.

On April 17, 2015, the Defendant received a request from the above AR, the victim AR, the mother, and the victim AS, to open two mobile phones in the name of the victim AS, and opened it, but instead opened the mobile phone, the Defendant arbitrarily opened the mobile phone in the name of the above AR and AS and used it to compensate for the damage caused by selling it.

1. Crimes against the title of AR;

A.
