The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as follows: (a) around 19:00 on August 31, 2018, the Defendant openly insultd the victim D by saying, “Ping 10 persons, such as B, C, etc., are drunk at the rest adjacent to the general place of the postal administration station located in Jongno-gu Seoul 59, Jongno-gu Office of Postal Administration, without any particular reason, while drinking at around 10 persons, including B, C, etc.
According to the records, since the victim's withdrawal of the complaint against the defendant after the prosecution of this case is recognized, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
