(Provided, That the judgment by public notice on February 3, 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act: The plaintiff claims damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings against the defendant from December 6, 2005 to the date of full payment; however, the plaintiff claims damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) pursuant to the "Regulations on Legal Proceedings Promotion, etc." (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015; Presidential Decree No. 265534, Oct. 1, 2015).
