Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2013, the Defendant was a driver of the B Sochia car, and was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.087% on blood on November 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at the 2.5 kilometer apartment located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-dong 22, Songpa-gu, Seoul, up to approximately 112-3, on the upper street of the Hanmodong-dong 112-3, Songpa-gu.
