A. The Plaintiff Educational Foundation A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Educational Foundation”) as the parties to the dispute is an educational foundation that operates G University and H High School at the net City, while Plaintiff B is a director of the Plaintiff Educational Institution and the president of G University.

Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) published “E” as the main place of publication, and published articles on the Internet in operating the “E” website, and Defendant D is the issuer of “F”, which is Internet media media.

Since 2011, Defendant D entered into a work agreement with the Defendant Company on the affiliation of news articles with the Defendant Company, and puts the article and the knife in the “E” operated by the Defendant Company to the position of the head of the South-North Regional Headquarters of the Defendant Company

B. As a result of the investigation into Plaintiff B and the investigation into Plaintiff I and J, an assistant professor of G University, filed a complaint against Plaintiff B on the charge of indecent act by compulsion. On July 2014, the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office rendered a non-prosecution on December 29, 2014, including the Plaintiff B’s suspicion.

The J appealed against the above non-prosecutions, and the Gwangju High Prosecutors' Office issued an order to prosecute some of the cases of non-prosecutions filed against plaintiffs B on April 10, 2015.

The office of the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office has charged the plaintiff B with indecent act by compulsion and occupational breach of trust on July 17, 2015, violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Misappropriation), defamation, etc.

C. Defendant D’s act of reporting news articles of the Defendants, as indicated in the [Attachment] List of Articles 1 (hereinafter “Attached List”), prepared and published 44 times via Internet F through 44 times from January 20, 2015 to March 30, 2015, and published some of the above Articles and knices prepared by Defendant D on the Internet E.

The plaintiffs list articles into 45 times in the application form for amendments to the claims.
