1. The defendant, to the plaintiff A, KRW 5,434,535, and KRW 9,488,600 for the plaintiff B, KRW 7,693,555 for the plaintiff C, and KRW 5,96 for the plaintiff D.
1. On August 22, 2018, Plaintiff A, C, and E were employed by the Defendant on August 27, 2018, and Plaintiff B, January 2, 2019, respectively, and provided labor until May 31, 2019. However, the Defendant did not pay Plaintiff A wages of KRW 5,434,535, and KRW 9,48,600 to Plaintiff B, KRW 7,693,555, and KRW 5,96,870 to Plaintiff D, and KRW 3,601,9555 to Plaintiff E.
The defendant is obligated to pay the above unpaid wages and damages for delay calculated at the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum under Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from June 15, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day after 14 days from the date of retirement of the plaintiffs.
