1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,045,835 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) The Plaintiff’s claim was made on December 28, 2015 by the Defendant on the ground that the Plaintiff received KRW 8,000,000 from the Defendant, as indicated in the Disposition, on December 28, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
