【Criminal Facts】

1. From June 12, 2014, at around 06:30 on June 12, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim E, who is an employee, from the DPC room of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho Building, by taking off a mobile phone and charging gallon, and a copy of gallon card, which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, market price on the part of the victim’s ownership.

2. 강도 피고인은 2014. 6. 27. 08:30경 서울 강남구 F 지하 1층 G PC방에 들어가, 1번 좌석 PC를 이용하면서 종업원인 피해자 H(여, 22세)이 카운터에 혼자 앉아 있고 주변에 아무도 없는 것을 보고 인터넷에서 ‘PC방 강도’, ‘강도하는’ 등의 검색어로 관련 기사를 검색하면서 금품을 강취하기로 마음먹고, 같은 날 10:15경 피해자가 앉아 있는 카운터 안으로 들어가 “내가 지금 강도를 할 건데 해치고 싶지 않으니까 휴대폰을 내려놓고 돈 내놔라.”라고 위협하며 그 곳에 있던 가위를 집어 들고 피해자를 내리 찍는 시늉을 하는 등 피해자를 협박하고, 이어서 손으로 피해자의 머리카락을 움켜쥐어 카운터 앞으로 끌고 나와 주먹으로 얼굴을 수회 가격하고 발로 피해자를 수회 차는 등 폭행하여, 피해자의 반항을 억압하고 피해자로부터 현금 24,000원을 빼앗아 가 강취하였다.
