1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 298,079,026 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. On July 4, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of ready-mixed with the Defendant, and supplied ready-mixed to the Defendant under the above contract, and partly paid from the Defendant, and the remaining ready-mixed amount is KRW 298,079,026.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff seek against the Defendant the payment of the remaining ready-mixed price of KRW 298,079,026 and damages for delay.
