On November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought to smoke in the Busan Dongdong-gu B building, and the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in the first floor; (b) made the victim’s detection from E; (c) made the victim’s call to the above E at a large interest of “h, C, and C, of the same year”; (d) took a bath to the customers who restrain it; and (e) took a bath to the customers who restrain it; and (e) interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about twenty (20) minutes by avoiding the disturbance of the victim’s finger.
