1. The Defendants are on the grounds of sale on May 29, 2020 with respect to one-third share of each of the 1,765 square meters in racing for the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On May 29, 2020, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with the Defendants by setting the sales amount of KRW 106,000,000 on May 29, 2020 with respect to the E field 1,765 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On July 3, 2020, the Plaintiff paid the Defendants the total purchase price of KRW 106,000,000 as the down payment per contract, KRW 20,000,000 for the intermediate payment, and KRW 76,00,000 for the remainder on July 31, 2020.
C. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on May 29, 2020 with respect to each of the instant shares of 1/3 of the instant land to the Plaintiff.
