However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the car registration number plate attached in front of the “D” KS7 passenger cars owned by the victim C, which was parked at the front of the Gu B building during the Ansan-si period on July 24, 2020; and (b) removed the vehicle registration number plate from it.

B. The Defendant committed the crime on August 9, 2020: (a) was parked at the front of the Fmpon village in the Gu E during the period of Ansan-si around 01:42, August 9, 2020, at the front of the Fmpon village in the Gu E.

G’H’s “H” SM6 passenger car plate attached in front of the passenger car, which was managed by G, was stolen.

2. On August 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Doang-si International Building J; (b) on the car registration number plate that stolen as set forth in paragraph (1), “K” was well set up in D; (c) on the car registration number plate “H”, “L” was first paid; and (d) made a car registration number plate in a way that the two number plates were strongly attached to a strong line.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On August 24, 2020, the Defendant in a forged air defense event: (a) at the parking lot of the Doang City I building on August 24, 2020, the Defendant removed the number plate of a non-car owned by the Defendant; (b) attached a forged vehicle registration number plate as referred to in paragraph (2); (c) operated up to the parking lot of the Dacheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si; and (d) operated from around that time.

9.3. From the 19:00 to the 19:00, the car with the “M” attached to the vehicle registration number plate forged at the king-si and Macheon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged air defense.
