When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BM7 vehicle in accordance with the Road Traffic Act (not after the accident) and the Road Traffic Act;

At around 23:55 on October 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at the Doel parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and proceeded to the parking lot from the entrance of the parking lot. On the other hand, the Defendant got the front part of the Defendant’s car parked by the victim E, and caused the Defendant to go beyond the H high typ car parked by the victim, due to its impact.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence as above, escaped without stopping the vehicle immediately and without taking necessary measures despite destroying and damaging the vehicle with the above highest repair cost of KRW 520,000 for KRW 1,632,00.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated a BM7 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same place as at the time of the foregoing day.
