1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 20% per annum from September 2, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
3. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
