The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

On August 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on July 6, 201;

1. On February 12, 2013, around 22:05, at the front bus stops located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force, by using both arms, by using the victim’s chests.

2. On February 17, 2013, around 22:45, the victim’s sexual part was forced to commit an indecent act by inserting the victim’s G (n, 29 years old)’s back to the age of 29 years in front of the Fridge in Gwangju Northern-gu, by putting the victim’s G (n, and 29 years old), with his/her finger part of the sexual part;

3. On February 17, 2013: (a) around 23:00, the victim I (nive, 22 years of age) was spared back from the rear side of the H located in Gwangju Northern-gu, and prevented the victim from being injured by one hand after suppressing the victim’s resistance; (b) the victim’s sexual intercourse with another hand was committed by force; and (c) the victim committed an indecent act by force against the victim by force;

4. On March 10, 2013, at around 22:20, the victim J (n, 45 years of age) was spared back from the rear side of the FIC located in Gwangju Northern-gu, and the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force against the victim by one hand after suppressing the victim’s resistance, and by one hand the victim’s tur and sexual part.

5. On March 11, 2013, at around 01:40, the victim K (n, 38 years of age) was approaching the horses to the victim K (n, n, and 38 years of age) in the North-gu Seoulbuk-gu, Gwangju, and then the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force, by making one hand, the inside of the victim’s bridge from the mari to the mari to the mari part.
