1. Of the shares listed in the separate sheet, shares in the name of Defendant B 625 shares and shares in the name of Defendant C 1,250 shares.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. As the representative director of D, the Plaintiff held 3,125 shares out of the shares issued by the said company, and held 625 shares out of the remaining shares to Defendant B, and held 1,250 shares in title trust to Defendant C.
B. The Plaintiff, via the instant complaint, terminated the title trust on the shares held in the Defendants’ name, and sought confirmation of the said shareholders’ rights.
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
