1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 95,309,973 and KRW 93,021,973 among them, from October 8, 2014 to 2,88.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
