1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the payment of KRW 310,00,000 and the said amount from December 8, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On June 23, 2017, Defendant B agreed to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 310,000,000,000 remaining after borrowing, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt owed to the Plaintiff in Defendant B, the Defendants jointly and severally seek payment of KRW 310,00,000 and delay damages therefrom.
