1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence No. 1-1-5, evidence No. 7-13, and evidence No. 1-5, and evidence No. 1-5.
The parties concerned are securities companies that issued the instant stock-linked securities (hereinafter “instant stock-linked securities”) with “D Treatment Securities public offering ESDR Samsung FSI new redemption type,” and the Plaintiffs are investors who purchased the instant stock-linked securities issued by the Defendant.
B. On March 15, 2005, the plaintiffs purchased 36,000 stock-linked securities of this case (the par value 10,000,000, hereinafter the same). The plaintiffs Eul purchased 15,000 stock-linked securities of this case in KRW 150,000, and the plaintiff C purchased 3,300 stock-linked securities of this case in KRW 33,000,00.
