The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. On June 19, 197, at around 02:19 on June 19, 1997, the suspect, as an employee, operated D truck under the condition that C, at the 10 tons of the storage of the freight vehicle’s 10 tons out of the 11.3 tons of the storage of the vehicle’s vehicle’s limit at the central highway located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-do.
