On April 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on April 14, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 22, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ulsan Detention House on May 11, 2016.

1. On September 23, 2017, around 03:40, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C who was under influence of alcohol in a fluence vehicle located in the front side of the shop located in Busan Bludo-ro, Busan, a viewing-ro 6, and then stolen the victim C by using the cresh in which C was under influence of d white, and by taking advantage of the cresh in which C was under influence, 100,000 won in cash inside the wall owned by the victim.

2. On September 29, 2017, around 04:30 on September 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s name in distress who was under influence of alcohol in front of the F cafeteria located in Busan; and (b) stolen the victim’s name in his/her possession, who was suffering from the gap in his/her market value, by putting one point on his/her hand.

3. On September 30, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Victim G who was diving in the driver’s seat under the influence of alcohol in the I cafeteria located in Busan B, the Defendant: (b) discovered the Victim G on the front of the I cafeteria; (c) opened a string door through the crebs in which the victim was diving; and (d) stolen the Victim G with cash KRW 50,00,000, USD 1 and one copy of the investigator’s identification card, etc. on the part of the victim’s wall owned by the head and the driver.

4. On November 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a NYF YF rocketing car at the lower parking lot of the cafeteria L, Busan, Busan, and did not correct any gaps; (b) opened a driver’s seat door of the said car; and (c) stolen cash 100,000 won, which was the victim’s possession, with the victim’s cash located in the inside container, from around November 16, 2017.
