1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 790,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 29, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on January 10, 2009, recognizing that the amount borrowed from the Plaintiff was KRW 790,000,000,000, and on the ground that the Defendant agreed to repay in installments from January 2010, the Defendant’s claim for payment of loans and delayed payment damages therefor (the service date of a duplicate of the application for payment order)
