[2012 Highest 1726] The defendant is the victim C (n't, 71 years of age), and the victim is the mother of D who is the spouse of the defendant.

1. At around 08:40 on November 15, 201, the Defendant who sustained the injury in existence: (a) in the victim’s house located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, by assaulting the preceding victim, and searching for the victim who was investigated in the criminal department of the Gwangju Police Station, the Defendant was investigated by the police station at home.
