1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,58,609 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 12, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019, pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768), is 12% per annum, and the classification of damages for delay exceeding this scope is dismissed.
