A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the defendant shall not trade, deliver, provide, or administer psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as "culon").

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
4. On October 7, 201, at around 16:20 on October 7, 201, the Defendant 1,50,000 won, upon the Defendant’s request from the scam room located in the Busan Scam-dong, to request E to rescue the scamphone. Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
6. On September 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, parked in the back frame of the FF Bank of the Busan Seo-gu Fembropoon (30 latter half and male) from G from the top of the white spectrum car to 0.05g of philopon.
