[Majority Power] On December 31, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment or two years of suspension of execution for committing a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and on July 26, 2012, the Daegu District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, which became final and conclusive on December 27, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on November 5, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1.
