2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 150,000 won from a male guest who is not his/her name in the trade in the Daegu-gu Dong-gu from a male guest; and (b) had sexual intercourse B, a sexual traffic female, from that time until August 23, 2016, the Defendant received 150,000 won from an unspecified number of male guest customers to have sexual intercourse with the sex trafficking.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. 성매매 광고 피고인은 2016. 8. 23. 경 대구 수성구 C에 있는 D 모텔 출입구에 “♥ E” 라는 기호 및 문구가 삽입된 명함 크기의 성매매 광고 전단지를 놓고 간 것을 비롯하여, 2016. 8. 10. 경부터 2016. 8. 23. 경까지 대구 소재 다수의 모텔 출입구에 위와 같은 전단지를 놓고 가는 방법으로 배포하여, 성을 사는 행위를 권유하거나 유인하는 광고를 하였다.
