The defendant shall be innocent.
1. The summary of the facts charged is the employer who runs real estate management business using 15 full-time workers as the representative of the Busan Maritime Transportation Daegu Ctel management body.

B. In the event that a worker dies or retires, the employer paid wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant paid the retired worker D’s wages for October 201 from November 201 to October 2012 below the minimum wage amount, thereby failing to pay 19,211,520 won in total, which falls short of the minimum wage amount, within 14 days after the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date.
