The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

According to the records, the defendant was dissatisfied with the judgment of the court below on July 22, 2015 and filed an appeal. On August 13, 2015, the defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal even if he/she was lawfully served the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the notification of the appointment of a state appointed defense counsel, and the defendant did not state the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal filed by the defendant, and it cannot find any reasons for ex officio investigation. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4 (1) and 361-3 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
