Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 3864]
1. On July 15, 2013, around 03:35, the Defendant: (a) intruded the “D” company wall located in Gwangju Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu, with a total of 300,000 V 10 g, 60,000,000 V 10,000, and 2 blokes.
2. Larceny;
A. At around 04:00 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed in the underground parking lot of the Seoul Northern-gu building F, Gwangju; (b) had one bicycle charging machine and one burner equivalent to a total of KRW 100,000,000, the market value of the victim G ownership stored therein; and (c) stolen it.
B. Around 10:40 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with three poppy, one string, one string, and three stoppy at the victim I’s market value stored therein; (b) one 125,000 won in total; (c) one string; and (d) three stoppy.
3. At around 04:50 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off a rope with a pole, which was possessed by the victim I, in order to steal the log equivalent to KRW 200,00,00 in the market value of the display content, which is located in the instant building parking lot for the victim I; (b) but (c) did not err in mind; (d) but (e) did not commit an attempted tax calculation and calculation of tax imposed on the property.

1. On July 28, 2013, around July 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim K on the front road operated by the victim K in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, with one bicycle bicycle equal to KRW 100,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim; and (b) one hand car equal to KRW 100,000 in the market price.
