"2015 Highest 3406"

A. On October 23, 2009, Defendant A entered D hotel located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, as the indication column for real estate in the real estate lease contract form, the name of "D hotel letter" or "2, 3, 4, 150,000 won (guarantee deposit), "150,000,000 won", "6 million won for monthly rent", "F in the lessor column (ju), "G" in the resident registration number column, and "Seoul H non-dong 149,000,000 in the main column", and affixed the seal of F corporation which arbitrarily created by the Defendant on the part of the lessor's name, and forged the document in the name of F corporation, stating the personal information of I in the tenant column, and the document forged as above.
