1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

1. The point of Defendant A’s operation of Defendant A’s “Cer” game room

A. From November 18, 2013 to December 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Game Industry Promotion Act: (a) installed 29 game machine for “marine camping out” without being classified by the Game Rating Board; and (b) provided customers to find out the same.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, provided 29 game machines, and had them put cash into the game to proceed with the game.

The above "sea open game" game was carried out in the form of a acrylic game, and the points are raised according to the pre-determined rate according to the results of each character by chance, and where customers request to exchange points obtained according to the result of the game, one won per point shall be granted in cash.

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, provided 29 game machines, and had them put cash into the game to proceed with the game.
