As to the instant case, the Court has imposed a fine of KRW 2.5 million in the text of the judgment rendered on September 25, 2013.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25 of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
