1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 25,156,630 as well as KRW 25,057,350 as of March 31, 2004 to May 31, 2005.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant is obligated to pay the money recorded in the order to the plaintiff, since it is recognized that the grounds for the claim (the "creditor" is "the plaintiff," and the "debtor" is "the defendant."
