around September 2008, the Defendant received money from the victim O (75 years of age) to fluorize the LPG gas charging site. As above, the Defendant received money under the pretext of selling each of the above land located in Macheon-si, in which the price of the land was not paid in full, and sentenced the Defendant to raise funds for the purchase price of QG oil oil operated by the Defendant at the time.
