1. The defendant shall pay 32,200,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 7, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
There is no dispute over the fact that the Plaintiff, as the Defendant’s employee, provided labor and retired until January 23, 2020, and that the Plaintiff has the claim for wages of KRW 32,200,000 against the Defendant.
The defendant paid part of the above wage claim.
One of the arguments is not sufficient to recognize the evidence of Nos. 1, 2, and 3, and there is no other evidence.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,200,000 won and 20% interest rate per annum from February 7, 2020 to the day of complete payment, which is stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, from February 7, 2020 to the day of full payment after the date when the plaintiff retires.
