1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff KRW 89,291,595 and KRW 86,642,191 among them. The Defendant shall pay full payment from April 10, 2015.

After the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case, the plaintiff transferred the claim in this case to the plaintiff succeeding intervenor, and the plaintiff succeeding intervenor filed an application for intervention in succession, but the plaintiff did not withdraw from the lawsuit, so the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
