A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person established for the purpose of manufacturing and supplying the industrial electrical equipment, such as semiconductors, LCD’s manufacturing process “net electric shock compensation devices (which reduces voltage below the base level for a short period of time less than one second)” (which preventss the suspension of operation and failure of facilities likely to occur due to a short period of time). The Defendant is a juristic person engaged in the development and manufacturing of advanced energy conservation chains.

B. On June 25, 2007, the defendant entered into a contract with the plaintiff on June 25, 2007 for the first three years (the contract period is automatically extended by one year without the occurrence of the cause for termination of the contract or the party's request) to indicate the plaintiff's net pre-sale compensation device (hereinafter "the product of this case") manufactured by the plaintiff as the manufacturer and the defendant as the exclusive seller, and the trademark of the product is to be sold through the defendant as the "VSP" as the exclusive seller, and thereafter, from that time to June 1, 2012 when the exclusive sales contract of this case was terminated, the defendant supplied the product of this case by the plaintiff and then supplied the product of this case to Korea through the major company, Odia, MM, Hyundai Electrical, Hyundai Electrical, Hankern, Samsung C&M, Samsung C&M, Samsung C&T, Samsung C&T, Samsung C&T, Samsung C&T, Samsung C&T, OT, OTM, OTTM, and others.

C. From around 2008 to 2011, the Defendant sold 19 parts of the instant product to the Korea Communications Agency. ① The Defendant: (a) sold the instant product from 2008 to 201; (b) on the front part of the four parts of the instant product, the labels indicating “SCO-- -”, “WESCO-SP--; Model Name”; and (c) WESCO-SP--D; and (b) the remainder of the eight parts of the product were affixed with the labels indicating “product name”, “ESCO- -”, “ Model Name”, “WESCO-SP- -”, and “Manufacture.”
